The template for a bag that fits in a 15 x 15 cm envelope is bigger than an A4 sheet of paper, so what I have done is make two pdf template files. If you print the two files off, cut out the template, and join them where the red lines are, you will have the complete template.
The dotted lines are the folding lines, the solid lines are cutting lines.
If you would like to make a paper explosion to go inside the bag, there is also a pdf with the instructions on how to make it.
