Love and Marriage Quotes

The lovely Linda Hart made this amazing work of art for a friends wedding.  After posting pictures on our forum, we all wished we could see the quotes she had spent months collecting.  Here you can see pictures of Linda’s incredible work, and the quotes she used are on the following pages.

I would like to give Linda a huge thank you for her generosity in sharing these quotes and for showing us her inspiring pictures.  You are an amazingly talented person with a huge heart.

“Last year I saw a project in a Somerset Studio Weddings magazine, and knew that one day I would make it. Rachel and Shane's wedding last weekend was the perfect excuse. I started researching quotes a few months ago, and playing with the design, but it was only finished the night before the wedding! They love it. When rolled up and tied, it stands up like a vase, with the organza ribbons looking like leaf stems.”

Linda writes;

“The backing is white felt, overstamped with Versacraft pastel pink blue and green with my swirl stamp, then overlaid with pale pink vellum and stitched in vertical sections to make pockets for the tags. These were printed in many different fonts on the puter. An eyelet put into top of each tag and then my trusty Kwik-thread used twice per eyelet to do the ribbon threading! The pattern of the stamping can be seen through the vellum when the tags are pulled out, but you can actually read them through the vellum. The original had an organza overlay, as opposed to vellum, but organza frays and I didn't want to risk that. Tulle would be a good alternative.”

Here are the quotes!
